Pawan Kalyan is busy with both cinema and politics. While he is working as the Deputy Chief Minister, his film OG is also getting ready for release. Directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Entertainment, the film is set to hit theatres on September 25. The teaser and songs have already impressed audiences, and the trailer will be out soon. Promotions for the film have also started.
Priyanka Arul Mohan, who plays the female lead in OG, met the media this morning to promote the film. She said her role, Kanmani, is very special to her. The story is set in the 1980s and 1990s, and her character is shown as an innocent girl in love with Gambheera, played by Pawan Kalyan. Priyanka said she feels lucky to act alongside him and will always remember this role.
Speaking about Pawan Kalyan off screen, Priyanka shared her thoughts on how he has changed after entering office. She said that before the elections, he often looked lost in his own thoughts. But after taking charge as Deputy Chief Minister, he now looks much happier and calmer.
“He is more relaxed and responsible now. He talks about people, youth, history, and politics. Being a Deputy CM is a big responsibility, and he is handling it very well,” Priyanka said.
On the work front, she is listening to a few stories in Telugu and is also working on films in other languages.
