Kantara: Chapter 1 is one of the most-awaited projects in recent times. Starring Rishab Shetty and Rukmini Vasanth in the lead roles, the film is hitting the screens on October 2nd. Interestingly, the unit held a pre-release event in Hyderabad today, which went on ultra-smoothly. Despite NTR attending the event, it was concluded in peace.
The makers prepared the fans and audiences well in advance that NTR would reach the venue by 5.30 PM and the event would be wrapped up by 8 PM. As expected, without making any further delay, NTR reached the event, much in advance.
In the recent past, when star actors attended some events, they got delayed beyond expectation. But NTR respected the time of everyone and ensured the event was concluded on time. This will help the police officials also finish the event and reach home on time. Additionally, they ensured the traffic problems were minimal as the event started early and wrapped up in no time.
Most importantly, the bottom line of the story is that this is the safest way of planning any promotional event where a huge crowd is expected to attend. If all other events are also planned in a similar manner, it will be beneficial for all parties involved.
Earlier, the pre-release event of Devara could not cater the expectations of the fans. With a heavy flow of fans and the poor planning of the event, the venue has been vandalized, which turned out to be the biggest disappointment for NTR fans.
On the other hand, the pre-release event of OG recently disappointed the fans with poor planning. The team could not make a decision between an indoor event and an outdoor event. The rain disrupted all their plans. The better planning and early arrival of the actors would make things easy.
When the outdoor events are being planned, they should consider the weather forecast and it’s better to avoid outdoor events if there are rain predictions, even if they are low.
Preparing the audience and ensuring security measures in this manner, like how team Kantara did, will prevent unwanted happenings.
