Apart from his portrayal of Tillu, Siddhu Jonnalagadda also grabbed attention with his intimate kissing scenes in both films of the franchise. Meanwhile, people assumed that he would perform such romantic scenes in his upcoming film Telusu Kada as well, considering the fact that it is a romantic drama and features two heroines.

However, Siddhu clarified that there will be no kissing scenes in this movie. Speaking at the trailer launch of Telusu Kada today, Siddhu said that when director Neeraja Kona narrated him the script, he advised her to avoid kissing scenes in this movie. “However, despite there being no kisses, the pre-interval scene would generate a similar feeling. We wanted to achieve that. We wanted to show Emotional intimacy, physical intimacy,” Siddhu stated.

Saying that he played a radical character in the film, Siddhu revealed that Raashi Khanna refused to shoot the climax due to the character of the lead hero. He said, “My character was so radical that, while we were shooting the climax scene, she left the set, stopping the shoot for around 30-45 minutes. She said How can the character speak like that, and in real life, she would kill him if she had such a boyfriend. I had to tell her she is playing the role of Anjali and not Raashi Khanna.”

Telusu Kada features Srinidhi Shetty as the other female lead. It is slated for worldwide release on October 17.
