After having stormed to power in 2019, Roja was one of the serial, verbal abusers of Chandrababu, Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan. Apart from that, she also held a position of power as the SAP chairman, during which she is accused of committing several financial crimes.
In this context, the new chairman of SAP Ravi Naidu made an interesting statement as he affirmatively said Roja would be arrested in connection with the Aadudham Andhra case very soon.
In fact, Ravi even gave the timeline for this arrest, as he said Roja would be arrested by the authorities by August 10, which is roughly 20 days from now. He pointed out that there are clear evidences regarding the financial mismanagement done under Roja’s tenure in the sports ministry.
He pointed out that several crores of rupees were sidetracked during Roja’s time in the office. He questioned Roja if she had even built a single stadium during her time as the sports minister. He then gave a vocal reprimanded to Roja by saying the arrest order is also getting readied and she would be behind the bars by August 10.
With this statement coming from the current SAP chairman himself, it really does appear that the proceedings could get tougher for Roja henceforth.
