AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is often known for his tireless schedules whenever he visits Delhi. Now, Minister Lokesh, seems to be following in the same footsteps of his Dad. Lokesh, has been on a hectic schedule during his Delhi visit.
After landing in the capital this morning, Lokesh immediately began meeting Union ministers and officials on key matters related to Andhra Pradesh. He is pushing for central support and funds for various projects.
Lokesh first met External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and requested his support for establishing a data center in Andhra Pradesh. He explained that Visakhapatnam is being developed as the IT hub of the state, and a data center is planned to be set up there in the next two years. He also mentioned that the blueprint is ready, and this project will create significant job opportunities for IT and engineering graduates in the state.
The same day, Lokesh also met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and discusses the need for support on Amaravati capital development, Polavaram project, and the overall investment climate in the state. Lokesh shared that his visit is aimed at showcasing Andhra Pradesh as a prime destination for investments.
