Tamil Nadu politics are starting to spice up by the day and things are getting aggravated further after the mainstream introduction of Thalapathy Vijay with his political party, TVK. In particular, the Madurai Maanaadu event that was held by Thalapathy was a smashing success with a massive turn.
While addressing the public at this massive public gathering in Madurai, Thalapathy went all out against all the leading parties, including BJP. He affirmatively said the NDA alliance in the centre has done absolutely nothing positive to Tamil Nadu and on top of that issues like fishermen allowances and NEET exams arose in the tenure.
Incidentally, this came after Amit Shah had earlier kept the door open for TVK’s alliance with NDA in Tamil Nadu. Asked about the possibility, Amit Shah said there is a long time to go for Tamil Nadu elections and anything can happen as he strategically hinted at a potential welcome hand to Thalapathy.
However, Thalapathy was having none of it as he went all out against BJP much like how he did against DMK and AIADMK.
But even in the week of this all out attack by Thalapathy Vijay, Amit Shah was not too bothered to hit back at the TVK president. While Amit Shah was addressing a massive public gathering in Tamil Nadu, he did not speak anything against TVK chief Thalapathy Vijay.
While Thalapathy is still going pretty hard against BJP, it is interesting to note that the top leadership of NDA is still looking to keep their door open for him with their strategic silence.
