The previous Jagan government in Andhra Pradesh faced multiple complaints about chasing companies away with their antisocial policies. They literally bullied several leading companies to leave Andhra Pradesh with untoward measures and restrictions.
And now while the NDA government is looking to reconstruct the socio economic status of Andhra Pradesh, the YCP ecosystem is back at it again.
In this context, the YCP has been taken to the streets to protest along with the fisherman community in the Rajayyapeta coastal region of Anakapalle district. YCP senior Botsa Satyanarayana arrived at the protest venue today and announced that Jagan himself would be visiting the area soon.
This protest is in opposition of the bulk drug project that is being executed here by the NDA government. While there has been some dejection amongst the local communities which is common when any major project gets underway, YCP Is looking to politicise the same.
While the government is carefully and meticulously planning the project and seeking the approval of the local communities, the YCP ecosystem is looking to make a meal out of the scenario.
This situation needs amicable handling so that it doesn’t reflect badly on AP amongst the industrial sector. So the government is dealing with it accordingly. But YCP looks to be desperate to politicise the matter and once Jagan enters, it could get blown out of proportion and terrorize the now-improving industrial sector in the state.
If this matter gets politicised, then it is AP which is going to be on the losing side and this isn’t an ideal situation for any given party.
